Listen, adding Ferm Living to our lineup when we moved was potentially one of the most exciting things for us internally (we’re talking everyone in unison combing through the catalog, shrieks and all).
Ferm has the ability to capture trends authentically, master color palettes that actually feel like they could make our moody art-house dreams come true, and take design risks that leave cold-modern in the dust. For example, I haven’t stopped thinking about the Distinct Side Table or the Pouf for weeks (they have infiltrated my dreams if I’m being honest). Also, the plant boxes? Don’t even get us started – there’s been many a round tables of who is getting what color-way, when we’re committing, and if we have enough plant knowledge to essentially get rid of everything we own to outfit our places as functioning greenhouses.
Their Autumn/Winter collection is everything we already loved about Ferm, elevated. Cremes contrast dark blues, their Distinct Side Table has become an all-travertine coffee table, shapes are feminine, earthly, and inviting. Their creative director Trine Andersen says, ”To me, a home is a place that is intimately tied to our emotions, our values and our way of thinking. It is a genuine reflection of ourselves, and as a consequence, a concept that is constantly evolving. This, we have tried to capture in this collection.”
The collection will be available at Lekker at the end of September, but reach out to us if something interests you – pre-orders are available.
